Terrible experience... you need to know the queuing system (what the letters represent), otherwise you might get a number that will take hours to get. Or lie and say you're there to sign up for something instead of canceling a service, that way you avoid the unpleasantness of seeing people who arrive later being served first (it's worth noting that I was a priority customer).

Supposedly, they can't provide service on Saturdays to cancel a payroll, but I went to Ley Alica and they did help me there.

It's difficult to find parking nearby, but the service is good.

Excellent service, all the staff very friendly,....and how great that they also open on Saturdays.

The staff at this branch is very friendly, and they are very efficient and quick in serving, especially the executives.
