They're a mess with appointments. They moved mine (from the 16th to the 26th in one fell swoop). I immediately reported it to the lady at the front desk. She told the cashier to serve me after the one she was serving. I waited, but they wouldn't let me through. They told me to get in line (there were 4 people in line). I waited for nothing, and I left because of the poor service and organization.

Both branches have the worst customer service I've ever seen. I waited an hour to be seen, and all I saw was people walking in and being served immediately, especially if they were acquaintances. They didn't seem to care about the order of the queues. Avoid going to either one.

The line is very slow due to the social distancing protocol; they should implement a strategy to expedite the procedures.

Excellent service and the multi-purpose ATM is amazing, it saves you a lot of waiting...
