The branch is always pretty dirty, and the manager is also disgusting. He never solves any of your account problems. He's rude, boorish, and arrogant. And I don't even want to mention the employees. They're just as arrogant as they think they'll never go 3 meters underground.

I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give it less. The service is terrible from the moment you're greeted. Unfortunately, we've had to go several times in a row, and today was the last straw. The representative who helped us was cutting his nails while he was assisting us. We had to pick up a new card, and in the end, it couldn't be activated. Going to a branch is useless, and they don't resolve anything on the phone either; it's all just nonsense. This man told us that to cancel an account (which we never opened), we had to go to Mexico City, where the account was supposedly registered. We wasted over an hour there. Banorte is awful.

Ayer fui y estaba una cajera en la caja central, lleve bastante billetes y todavía se molestó que porque no estaban acomodados y hasta me dijo que " hay que atraerlos acomodados " no le contesté nada pero contratar gente joven que le da flojera "hacer su trabajo' que es el de contar y acomodar billetes ,waooo ya no quieren batallar nada , ya hasta se enojan si les llevas monedas, si por ellas fuera quisieran puros billetes de mil para no batallar , es el colmo

A while ago, I went to reactivate my Banorte Móvil account at that branch. The woman who helped me told me it wasn't possible because the database was at the branch where I opened my account, and I don't know what other excuses she used to avoid helping me. So I went to the location where I opened it, downtown, and the lady, besides being very kind, told me that this process could be done at any branch. She didn't understand why the person who helped me didn't want to do it. And thanks to this, I lost half a day. Which affects me a lot because my earnings depend on the time I work. And thanks to this woman who treated me poorly, I lost half a day of work just because of her laziness.

I went today and was surprised because there were so few people and they already have chairs and a ticket dispenser at the entrance! A pleasant surprise for me, since that branch is always very crowded! I hope the service continues to be this smooth.
