The cashier was incredibly slow. She asked for authorization for a small withdrawal, took my card, and was on the phone for over 5 minutes before finally processing my withdrawal. I don't know what she was playing at, but this has never happened to me at any other branch.

Good bank and parking always available when you need to go and make a payment or transaction at that branch.

Queuing was better. Those of us without accounts were put after those who did have accounts and arrived after us 👎👎👎👎👎 15 minutes and only one person went to the register 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Terrible customer service. They "offer" you accounts that generate higher commissions for them instead of properly informing you about everything. They demand over $5,000 to open a personal debit account that they made you open, and then they refuse to close it even when you ask them to. And they don't help you with complaints or clarifications either. A horrible bank and TERRIBLE SERVICE.

This bank is incredibly slow. The tellers don't manage customer visitors well; there are four teller windows, but only two are open, and all the lines are filled with account holders. The service for visitors is appalling.
