I went to exchange a (torn) bill. They kept me waiting a long time. The guy at the entrance went to the manager, apparently to ask a question, and never came back. He just sat there chatting with her. I only went to exchange a bill, but I'm also looking for a new bank. If this is how they treat customers for just one bill, what will their customer service be like?

They have the worst customer service I've ever seen, and I've only ever seen that at Santander. I can't believe they have people waiting an average of one hour at the service counters, where the staff seem to be just playing games, chatting, or doing internal work, leaving people with no option to get their questions answered until they decide to do so. Anyone who disagrees, I invite them to try going to the service counters and waiting. Apparently, the manager in charge of this branch couldn't care less. I arrived and took my place at 11:20 and it's still counting...

Terrible service, extremely slow. I went to open an account and no one ever attended to me. 25 minutes passed and no one called me back.

I've already gone twice to complete a transaction, and they don't resolve anything, they don't call, they don't send emails. You call them, and no one answers. You have to go back to the branch.

I don't know who the genius was who came up with this ticketing system; it takes at least an hour and a half to get through to an agent. Unless you're someone you know and they get transferred right away. I got a ticket today at 2:28 pm, and it's 4:19 pm, and I still don't know when I'll be out of here.
