There was little delay, as it was the day after the December 12th celebration. Aside from that, the service and the executive staff were generally excellent, focused on due diligence and attending to customers in their turn. Thank you, Grupo Banorte. Congratulations, I will definitely be back!

Customer service was very slow, a little over two hours to cash a check, and I'm a customer and have an account at this bank. However, I did notice that account holders who were allowed to check in, or I don't know what else to call them, went straight to the cashier without waiting in line. Terrible service, they definitely need to improve the service they provide.

Terrible ATM service and wait times: 20 minutes to get through, and there were only two customers ahead of me at the register. The worst bank I've ever been to.

Terrible customer service at Banorte. They give out numbers to people as they arrive and take them directly to the tellers, causing problems for other customers.

Terrible service. On average, it takes an hour to get to the teller to make a deposit because their tellers are always stealing money, and getting a solution is even worse. Zero efficiency, zero customer service.
