Terrible service from the branch. My credit card arrived. I've been living far away from the branch for 3 months and they've denied it 4 times. I call on the phone and they tell me it's in the branch. They activated it without my consent. It appears in my app. Be careful with this branch. They might be stealing and activating them! It's fraud. Be careful with the branch. They steal!
Excellent service
Terrible service. They spend their time studying instead of serving the customer. I waited 15 minutes for an authorization, and I was the only one waiting... I came back again, Monday, December 2, at 10:30 am, and they don't have the money to cover a check for 29,000... what a disgraceful service...
There wasn't much of a line or people waiting to complete paperwork. And the service from the young woman at the entrance was very good. Excellent customer service.
