Terrible service, due to the death of our relative we went to the bank to unfreeze his account, it was the deceased's decision that 25% should be divided between each member, we arrived at 8:30 am to start the process, they asked us to return at 10:30 am, due to the bank's internal process they had to issue us checks, the advisor wrote 2 checks and people started passing by "why were there 4 of us" how could it be that the process was left halfway and ignored our turn to serve people who arrived after us? I got up and started moving because I had to go back to work and the advisor who issues the checks is a pedant, very slow and also argued with me about what happened, a process of more than 4 hours, their processes are very inefficient and obviously their people too, terrible bank

Terrible service at Banorte's Insurance Department. The so-called "executives" are incompetent. They charged me twice for home insurance and refuse to refund my money (even though I sent them an email describing the situation). Now I'm going to file a complaint with the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Financial Services Users (CONDUSEF). If they can't (or won't?) resolve such clear and simple cases, what will they do when there's a claim and they owe you hundreds of thousands of pesos? Will they pay you, or will the "executives" create all sorts of obstacles? You can choose your answer. I'm giving it one star because without it, this review can't be published. The Insurance Department truly deserves zero stars.

I'm very disappointed with Banorte for discriminating against people with physical disabilities. They don't offer any options for people with disabilities to open an account at their branch in La Villita. I hope they change their policies very soon.
