As new customer to Bankinter recently, we bought a property locally and thought we would use the bank. We have found all the staff amazing in setting account up also the lady on the front of house dealing with people coming in and dealing with there accounts has been very patient with us as we don't understand the Spanish banking system. The lady set up everything for us including the bank card and was very polite and helpful also her English was fantastic... Brilliant service 5 star... Playa Flamenca branch 👍

We opened a bank account today and this went very smooth. At the same time we got all details for installing the Android app and shortly after we were online and ready to go. I would recommend this branch.

The bank and their services are perfectly OK but the cashier. My God, this women is the most unpleasant staff I have encountered. I have been treated really unpleasant several times so it is not about having a bad day that everyone can have. She is simply unprofessional. Because of her, I have changed bank branches.

As a customer of over sixteen years the same staff demand to see id. , original passport or TIE. Utterly ridiculous. This and all banks in Spain do not understand what it is to work in a service industry. 19th century mentality of the banks and staff. The client is seen as an unfortunate, necessary evil.

Froze my account for no reason. Been in twice and woman on desk is terrible. She just lies to get you out of Queue and still i cannot access my account. Third visit i will be closing account. If you are English and need a bank account for property purchase, just open account, purchase property and then close it and run all your payments through Revolut.
