Exceptional good service and speed. Special shout out to Sonia who delivered great work.
Horrible
I am currently an online customer, having switched to Bankinter after its acquisition of EVO Banco. I had been trying for days to complete a deposit transaction, but it was impossible through the app, the website, or the telephone service. I sent an email to the Customer Service Department with the full name of the error message I was receiving, and I'm still waiting for a response. At this Bankinter branch, I was assisted almost immediately by Mr. Orlin, who very kindly explained the procedure in less than 10 minutes. I successfully completed the transaction right there in the branch. In my experience, this branch in general, and Mr. Orlin in particular, deserve a 10 out of 10. Regarding the telephone and email support I mentioned earlier for online customers (without a dedicated account manager), the Bank should review its entire customer service process to ensure immediate solutions to the problems that arise.
Today, December 4, 2025, between 11:00 and 12:00 in the morning, my experience at this office was deeply frustrating. I needed to unlock access to my online account and obtain the security card for making transfers, a procedure that the phone support team told me could only be completed in person. I work split shifts from Monday to Friday, so going in person is a significant effort for me. I went with my expired Spanish ID card and my valid Spanish passport. The person who attended to me at reception, a young employee sitting at the first desk behind the "welcome" sign, displayed a complete lack of empathy from the start. While I was explaining my situation, she wouldn't even look at me, simply shaking her head without offering any solutions. The situation escalated to the point where I had to explicitly ask her to at least look at me while I was speaking, but even then, her attitude remained distant and unhelpful. I left the office feeling ignored and completely unsupported. The mo
The poor service I received at this branch was appalling (I just wanted to open an online account). I tried to do it through the app, but it wouldn't let me create it. So I went to the branch, and... Right away, the teller told me I couldn't open my account there, that it had to be done by phone. After I said a few things, she tried to refer me to her colleague, but she insisted on my payslip as a mandatory requirement. It's shameful, since the online promotions don't mention this requirement to open an account (you only need to be a resident). I took my ID and left... In short, a terrible experience.
