Today I went to one of their branches to request my coordinate card, which is necessary for making transfers, as I had been told over the phone that it would be issued immediately. During the visit, I mentioned that since the merger between EVO Banco and Bankinter, the mobile app has been experiencing frequent problems: sometimes it doesn't allow me to download receipts, sometimes it's impossible to access, and in general, the service is much less stable than before. I never had these kinds of issues with EVO. The person who helped me replied that the app was working perfectly and that the problem must be with my phone. However, I don't have any problems with other banking apps I use (like Abanca's), which makes it unlikely that it's a problem with my device. Finally, their response was that "maybe I should go to those banks," which I consider disrespectful and unprofessional towards a customer who was simply reporting real issues. I've called twice for information on different things. The woman who answers the phone is very rude and quite unfriendly. They could use two ATMs, as there's often a queue to withdraw cash. As for the branch itself, it's like any other bank: limited opening hours and endless queues.

It's a bank like any other. I don't see any difference between it and other branches of the same bank. I can't comment on the staff's service because I went outside of opening hours and withdrew money from the ATM. Furthermore, I want to point out that I don't know what's going on with bank branches; I don't know of a single one where it's easy or even possible to park while running errands.
