Terrible service. They gave me the wrong instructions on how to request a certificate and delayed the entire process. I also tried to request proof of payment, and the woman who helped me couldn't find it. She insisted I had made the payment with Evo, but when I called online banking, they told me I had made it with Bankinter. Honestly, a disaster from start to finish. I'm already looking into switching banks because this one is a complete rip-off in every way. On top of that, they charge an exorbitant amount for requesting a PDF confirming your balance, when other places offer it for free.

Good feelings. They finally explained to me how the financial market works and its main risks in a way they haven't done in years at either Caixa or BBVA. I noticed professionalism and a good attitude from the employee who advised me at the branch. Hats off, Alfonso!

If you have a payroll account, they are required to pay you the interest stipulated in the contract every six months for the first two years. Unless you claim it yourself, there's no way they'll resolve the issue, even if you file a written complaint with the Bank of Spain; they also struggle to acknowledge their mistakes. I didn't expect this type of error from a bank.
