From being the best bank for 10 years, Bank2 has become the most miserable and unprofessional bank I have ever dealt with. We use Bank2 for two of our businesses and are working on changing banks. The support is currently amateurish and we have so many problems that I choose to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star.

In my opinion, Bank2 is engaging in misleading marketing. They do NOT help people in a difficult financial situation. Then my regular bank would have helped us. Bank2 spends over 1 week processing a loan application from us, where they asked for a lot of information, and then could not help us at all. Not even offering anything or giving us advice! WASTED TIME. Might as well apply to regular banks.

Terrible customer service. Have been a customer of Bank2 for at least 10 years, but have never had a positive experience when contacting the bank. They always respond inadequately, misleadingly or too late to online banking messages. They do not keep their promises even when you arrange it by phone. They are not rude, but they are not nice either. Enough is enough! Time to change banks for me.

When the bank opened, they lured customers to a "fee-free" bank. You only had to pay a start-up fee. Bank2 was different and great in many ways. I have been a customer for 12 years. Now Bank2 is completely different than when they started - yes, the exact opposite. There are fees for everything. For example: They wanted me to identify myself with my passport at the post office, and I needed a new code chip. Price - 600kr in total. When they heard that I was moving abroad, I was told that I could not get a new code chip anyway because "BankID has become stricter lately". I have now changed banks and got the code chip for free without any problems.
