Zero customer service, My main branch is in Hamilton. I needed to deposit a government check. They said it was “flagged as fraudulent “ And said it needed to clear 5 business days. Manager sitting in empty office. Couldn’t take a minute to look resolve the issue. Then refused to close my account with BMO.
