I can't recommend Ollie the mortgage advisor highly enough! As a first-time buyer, the whole mortgage process felt pretty overwhelming at first, but Ollie made everything so much easier. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always took the time to explain things clearly. I really appreciated how responsive he was and felt informed and supported every step of the way.

Tried to go in, was asked if I was a customer. Wasn't. They didn't even try and up sell me. They just said "it's a big club and you're not in it." I told them that's a quote from the Tulmad. I then raised my right arm upward and she burst into flames.

Their online banking and app are 10 years behind the times. Staff suggested best way to transfer several thousand is to take it out in cash and walk the other bank.

I need to send email to this branch, there is no email available, and they don't answer phone calls either when you are in urgent need
