Bank of Ireland Stephen Street Rathquarter Sligo

Today I visited Sligo branch having issues with my banking 365. I urgently needed to access the application and thought the process will only bring more stress but thankfully the staff member Sean made the whole process very smooth and seem less even with how busy it was.

I would be happy to give 4 stars for the employees who work there for their passion and excellent service, but will take 1 stars for not providing a good mobile application with features that make the life of customer easy. Being one of the popular bank in Ireland, still a long way to go. Visiting a branch for even for transfer money from credit account to savings account just take minimum of 30 minutes.

Handy bank, friendly staff nice environment

Absolutely ridiculous during Covid that you have to stand on the Cashier line for over a half hour at 1:15 in the afternoon during your lunch hour. One cashier and 3 people walking around on the floor.

Most helpful bank in sligo compared to other banks. Staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you.
