Excellent Branch, staff very helpful and polite. Spacious area do do banking in. Security staff is very helpful and polite also.

Visited today accompanying a wheelchair user and I must say the staff were really helpful and caring. This is the only bank in town for customer service as far as I'm concerned.

The worst experience ever. Every time you go, there is a queue of angry people and only one cashier working. The staff is apologetic and helpful, but that doesn't make a difference when you have to wait 50 minutes in the queue. Avoid if possible or you could leave in tears, like me today
