Utterly disgraceful, rude, incompetent, member of staff. Short man, grey haired, in his 60’s……. Absolutely disgusting behaviour - there are witnesses to your rudeness to my wife. I hope you are in branch on Monday my friend - I am back from business this weekend, and will pop in to see how rude you choose to be to my face then.
I am really disappointed with the way the staff work. They deliberately cause trouble and make things difficult for people. I go to work to pay taxes and just want to open an account to use, but the staff here is so bad. I chose AIB bank. It is really bad. I will never use this bank. Everyone should consider it.
I arrived at the door at 4.01pm to lodge a bank draft. (Admittedly 1 min late) I wanted to ask 1 question to the lady letting people out from inside to see if i could lodge in the machines outside, and had the door closed in my face. I literally had my foot in the door and the lady who had seen me 3 times letting people out shoved the door closed on me as if I was sub human. Disgracefull Bank of Ireland. Shamefull. Treating people like this. I still have to lodge the draft, so will see you Monday.
The way I have just been spoken to at the door of the bank was incredulous. The antiquated pass machine swallowed and retained my daughters lodgement of €350. She was quite visibly upset. I appreciate it was out of hours 16:11 on the 30th. I rang the bell, waited a few mins, rang the online service. While holding, the door was opened a crack. I was barely given a chance to explain myself before I was accused of raising my voice (I didn’t) I was berated for how I spoke to the woman(after 25 years of customer service, I know how to approach a situation calmly and properly) she kept telling me she wouldn’t let me in the bank, I didn’t want to go in the bank, i know it would be against security protocols to let us in the bank. I just wanted to know what I could do for my child. The door was closed in my face before I could find any resolution. I have never faced such utter and unnecessary ignorance. This is the first step of my complaint. I will be going further. That was beyond unnecessa
I had to come here physically to transfer money and was promised that next time I will be able to transfer to the same person straight from my app. Guess what, I can't. I call their phone support - press 1 for private customers- I press 1 but their faulty system somehow doesn't recognise it, so it hangs up to my face. Just lovely customer service! Why am I still with them?!?
