Terrible customer service. The staff wanted to make short work of me as quickly as possible, even though it was during business hours. Very rude and impatient. Serving customers is their job; that's what they're paid for.
Staff was so friendly and helpful about my long list of stupid questions, all my issues resolved really quickly, thrilled with the experience - usually a bit wary of banks but that was really really pleasant
ATM LODGE (external ATM) is, a gamble when it works or not. Sort it out BOI.
Like most banks now there are mostly automated counters, there are a couple of tellers. The Lady on the floor that assisted me with my enquiries was very friendly and really helpful to me
