Poorly organized Monaghan branch, as I waited for person as I entered the door, then waited for machine that couldn't process my check, then waited 20 minutes for someone to come to empty cashier desk

Rang at 15-50 listen to numerous choice, eventually got to press to speak to someone, only to be cut off, after been told we are closed at 15-53, supposed to be open to 16-00. Customer service, very very poor.

This place is a joke .. Went into the branch to open an account 4 weeks ago and it’s still not opened... every time I ring I get there no details of your account or it’s pending bla bla bla ... staff saying they will ring you back and they dnt ... I have lost a number of jobs due to this matter.. the customer service in this branch is terrible...
