The bank is slow, the service is not satisfactory, it's good to have slow service, lots of cingkonek excuses!!!
This bank has terrible service, with arrogant tellers. Unlike BCA, which is very friendly. If it weren't for work, I definitely wouldn't open a bank here. Change all your SOPs.

The CS, an older, well-endowed female, is unfriendly to customers. How can Danamon have employees like that?
