Good banking
Service was slow, unclear, and there was a lack of coordination between staff. Initially, the ATM card given by the customer service representative was swapped with another customer's, resulting in a temporary block on the account (the customer service representative who issued the card and the one who eventually discovered the swap were different people, as it wasn't discovered until a week later). When I went to the branch, the problem wasn't resolved; I was simply told to wait until the block period was over. After waiting, it turned out the D-bank Pro system was still blocked, even though the account hadn't been logged in, requiring me to return to the branch. When I returned to the branch, the customer service representative who had issued the wrong card had no knowledge of my problem. I concluded there was a lack of coordination between staff members, and I had to recount the entire chronology of events. Please fix this, as it's a hassle for customers to go back and forth betw
