Customer service is incredibly slow. The agents wander around the counter without calling anyone. I've gone early in the morning to get help as quickly as possible, and they take a long time to take their seats. Furthermore, the two agents who helped me were very rude and completely unfriendly. The first one had a terrible attitude, just because I didn't bring a couple of papers to make a reference. Instead of politely explaining that I should bring them next time, he practically insinuated that I was committing something illegal by giving me information. After trying to explain the process, he didn't do it clearly; it took me a while to understand because he didn't explain himself well. This time, another agent from the branch helped me. When I asked for a voucher holder, who I knew was at the bank, she told me, "There aren't any voucher holders." And she was also rude.

At 12:10 on October 17th, a gentleman helped me at Customer Service window 3. I must say his service was excellent. Despite my lack of knowledge about these procedures, he cleared up all my doubts, I asked him many questions, and he always helped me accurately and kindly. If you ever read this review, I'm incredibly grateful.

I generally hate going to Banco Estado. Today I had to go because of a problem with my online banking password. I waited for over 30 minutes, but it was the most enjoyable 30 minutes I've ever spent in a bank. It all started with the security guard, a very cordial and friendly gentleman who made the wait very pleasant. He's worked for the bank for years, and it's clear he's 100% dedicated to it. When it was finally my turn, after more than 35 minutes, a young man helped me. From the start, he was cordial and attentive, taking the time to help me and even entertain my husband and me while we waited for the transaction to be completed. We chatted about life in general, just like the guard, who was clearly passionate about his job. Unfortunately, I've forgotten everyone's names, but you can probably tell who they are because I was helped around 11:00 AM on November 7th. I hope the bank is as dedicated to its employees as they are, and I wish we could replicate that dedication so we could

Very slow service, no priority service for pregnant women. It's a shame that BancoEstado doesn't consider them priority; there are lines with more than 20 numbers and wait times of several hours. There are only two people working, and sometimes there's no one at all. How is it possible that they don't offer a solution or hire more staff?

Today, Thursday, June 27th, at 9:10 am, I received terrible service from the Chilean customer service representative with long hair. She didn't clarify any questions, she was in a bad mood, she must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed, completely unwilling to help or clarify any questions, and her manners were ordinary. Poorly mannered. I think they should hire people with a willingness to help, like the blonde Venezuelan woman next to her, who served the customer very well and patiently, explaining everything to her. Or invest a little in a course to train their staff properly so they can serve the public with manners. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.
