Poor customer service and long wait times. Not helpful for resolving problems with residents that are non-Chilean.
At the Ñuñoa branch: Customer service in the Investments section was unacceptable. They were busy chatting with other employees while the public, mostly senior citizens, had to wait. And in some cases, people cut in line without waiting their turn; these people were served at the expense of those waiting to be called by the number they had taken. Due to the terrible service, I left. This isn't the only bank in the Plaza or the entire district with this problem.
Slow, the executives look at you as if you had leprosy. Only one cashier. Only one person in customer service, of course, overbooked. Stop, STOP wait time. The guards are a 7, friendly and patient.
The service is fast, people should learn how to use the app and there would be less queuing.
Ingrid helped me in customer service and resolved everything super quickly and very kindly. It's been a long time since I've been assisted by such a helpful representative.
