This must be the slowest bank in all of Santiago. Customer service is terrible; the more people there are in the branch, the fewer the staff. They're more interested in socializing than helping customers. The supervisor doesn't do anything instead of offering support... Horrible branch.

Terrible service. I went with my grandmother in a wheelchair, and the security guard sent us to another branch because they didn't have wheelchair access. How is it possible that such a large institution doesn't have wheelchair access?

My elderly mother received excellent customer service; however, the security guard was supposed to inform me upon entering that there was no priority line and guide me to the checkout, but the guard didn't even return my greeting. Furthermore, there are no wheelchair-accessible checkouts, which is very inconvenient for people in this situation.

I do not recommend this branch. The wait time for customer service was over an hour. The supposed supervisor said everyone had to wait because they were there for the same reason, but that wasn't the case. I took the time to observe while I waited, and ultimately, it's a problem with the way the staff manages the process.

THREE-HOUR WAIT IN LINE IN THE BLUSH SUN The wait is degrading, especially considering the spacious, air-conditioned building inside. It's a shame that so many political operatives lack the technical expertise to solve this problem. It wouldn't cost much to provide phone lines with follow-up calls; that way, people could wait comfortably in the cafes or the public library across the street.
