It was terrible; they wouldn't let me make a simple deposit to someone else because I didn't have their ID number on hand. I didn't have any problems at other branches, but this cashier was incredibly difficult today, February 18th.

This bank is horribly efficient; their lack of service is unbelievable! There was only one person serving eight people! I've been here for 20 minutes! For eight people! It's truly awful...

There's too much disorganization. The customer service staff are very indifferent, talking on the phone during work hours. Even when the power or system goes out, they don't try to fix anything. In the middle of a problem like a power outage, they see people waiting, and they're just chatting on the phone as if nothing's wrong. At least they should show some concern for finding solutions; it's incredibly unprofessional.

If you need a replacement card and you have a valid but damaged ID, it's best to go to an Express Bank branch in Plaza de Armas because they won't judge you before you try to replace your card. She exclaimed that I did have my valid ID card, so I don't know what all the fuss was about.

The customer service at this branch is shockingly ineffective; they don't respect queues, they don't provide information correctly, and they even give incorrect information.
