I've visited this branch several times and have always had a very positive impression. The service is fast, clear, and friendly, which is greatly appreciated when you're short on time or need to resolve important matters without complications. The team working there demonstrates commitment and a dedication to service. It's clear they're well-prepared and know how to guide customers, even with more complex issues.

Terrible service from the executive Cristian Gaete. A week ago I went to request a replacement credit card and he told me to pick it up yesterday, Tuesday. I went today and it turns out the request hasn't been processed and I needed it for my trip tomorrow, and it's not like other banks that replace the card immediately.

On Monday, August 7, 2023, I went at 10 a.m. and after waiting 50 numbers, a young woman reluctantly answered the question. She didn't resolve the issue I went to check on me. She referred me to another branch because she couldn't "resolve" it without even reviewing my requests. Terrible service.

I went at 8:30 and it was closed. I waited until 10:00 am and it was still closed, but it appears open on Google Maps. What unpunctuality! Terrible, people have things to do.

BancoEstado is the worst bank in Chile. Like everything state-run, it's garbage. A bunch of arrogant and inept public employees.
