This is my first time here, and the operation is similar to all Banco Estado branches. It's small, though, with the cash registers and customer service located on the ground floor. In January 2020, the air conditioning was good. Wait times depend on many factors, so I won't comment on that.

Absolutely terrible! If you want to waste all your time, come here. Everything is slow, there are too many staff members doing nothing but walking around aimlessly to justify their salaries! Simply awful!

I had to deal with three different people to resolve my question about the terms of a mortgage I already have with them, and none of them could actually give me the correct information. They sent me from a counter to customer service, then to representatives who had no idea what they were talking about, and they mistakenly sent me to another branch and even to the Property Registry, which was completely inappropriate. Internal communication is terrible: while I was there, I saw them passing questions back and forth without knowing how to respond, which wasted a lot of my time and caused me a lot of frustration. The only person who finally helped me well and with knowledge was the platform manager. However, the rest of the team didn't demonstrate any preparation or coordination to efficiently serve a customer.
