They force you to withdraw money from them for the subway, but then charge extremely high fees and give you the worst possible exchange rate. This kind of behavior from the state bank is damaging the entire country.

My bill is due on March 19th. That day I'm withdrawing all my savings from this infamous bank. My brother has been living in Montreal, Canada since February 1987, and my other brother since 1990. My brother came to our mother's funeral in 2012 and gave us a general power of attorney for whatever was needed. That year, I opened a housing savings account for him at the Prat branch of the bank in Quillota (it's never open). The account hasn't been updated since then, and now, due to some supposed secret bank regulation never published in the official gazette, they're telling me that the general power of attorney isn't valid for the bank and that the person has to travel 14,000 kilometers to check their account and update their online banking password. THE BANK, WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST, SUFFOCATES YOU WITH ITS DAMN BUREAUCRACY. I know these union bureaucrats don't give a damn about us, but out of all those millions of accounts, not everyone pays in advance. I do. They like being sued for dis

I arrived today, July 2, 2024, at 9:15 a.m., and it's already 9:57 a.m., and five people are missing to serve me. I don't know why they have a branch with so much space if there's only one teller and it takes so long. How terrible to have to come to this bank just for a three-minute transaction.

This flagship branch offers a wide range of customer services. Currently, service is generally quick. Temperature checks are conducted inside, and hand sanitizer is available. Many staff members assist each customer upon entry. Exit procedures vary depending on the time of day. If it's after 2:00 PM and you're still conducting business inside, you must exit through Bandera 60. If it's during the morning hours, you exit via the ATMs (this is a COVID-19 protocol, ensuring that the same entrance and exit are not used). There are representatives for both Personal and Business banking. The interior spaces for conducting transactions are spacious. It's not recommended to withdraw large amounts, as this transaction is not done in private areas but in full view of the public. Overall, customer service has improved significantly.

A bank that doesn't even have a ramp for disabled people or babies, the staff are incredibly rude just because you're a foreigner—how awful, the xenophobia! A red-haired girl who thinks being rude is okay; she arrives angry from 9 am when they open and takes it out on the people she serves. They shouldn't hire staff like that.
