Greetings, this Banco Estado branch is located right next to the República metro station. Their staff, from the security guard on down, are very attentive, their representatives are excellent and keep you fully informed. I've been using this branch for several years.
It is operating normally. Numbers are distributed at 12:00, and after that time, only those with previously distributed numbers are served. They do not handle business transactions. Expect an approximate wait time of 1-1.5 hours for customer service/savings accounts.
In the middle of a pandemic, they make you remove your mask to see your face when depositing money from your own savings account to your own RUT account, even though they have fingerprint technology available. Terrible service (Banco Estado ULA).
It is a very welcoming branch, good and fast service
Today I went to ask for assistance from an executive and received excellent service, very kind and everything was quick.
