The service at this Banco Estado branch is terrible. The staff takes an hour to resolve a problem; they don't seem to care about the time their customers have to wait. It's awful.

Terrible service!! Rude cashier, hostile attitude, and no solution! She refused to pay my check, put up obstacles, and scratched the back of the check, allegedly because it was a non-conforming signature. I had to speak to the manager, who very kindly assisted me and authorized payment of the check! Wasting my time just because she didn't like the signature. Train your staff and hire people who want to work and have a minimum of education!

Terrible experience from the glasses guard who treats people like animals! Adriana from Customer Service, who is presented with a problem due to possible fraud, only responds like a robot and humiliates customers! And the branch manager, Patricio Cornejos, who offers no solution! And he lets the customer service representatives misinform customers and treat them however they want! Terrible service! It's pointless to file a complaint! If he gives you his email and says something will be done about it, if I go back two days later and the representative tells me her computer has shut down and refuses to serve me! I mean, you can't choose the customer service representative, but they decide who to serve! Terrible service!

Bad experience with this branch. My husband went to inquire about investing an inheritance he received a few months ago, and an investment executive told him there was no record of whether he had laundered or trafficked the money during that time. I find this disrespectful and, more than that, downright rude. With executives of that caliber, it's very difficult for this bank to attract customers.
