I went to pick up a physical card, but the representative blocked it through the system, so they gave me a useless piece of plastic. Furthermore, the representatives don't wear visible identification, which makes it difficult to file complaints. It was a waste of time.

The 50-person capacity complies with COVID-19 measures; however, service is extremely slow. Only three of the five teller windows are working, and they have strange lettering: R, T, U, E, K. The U, which apparently stands for deposit, advances one number every three of the others. Unfortunately, they don't respect the order of arrival, which I consider a terrible policy because sometimes I wait more than two hours, while someone who just arrived is served immediately. They never have small bills, and the average wait is never less than two and a half hours. This is a terrible bank; unfortunately, everything is overwhelmed, and there aren't many alternatives.

Nice place and quick to attend

It took just over two hours for them to move five numbers forward. I arrived at U006 and two hours later it moved to U011... Horrible! They should serve people in order of arrival (numbers 1 to 99 or higher).

Terrible service overall. They wouldn't let me in to make a cash deposit because I'm not a senior citizen, and the ATM wasn't working, just like at the other branches in downtown Antofagasta. As a new customer, this was a very bad experience, and I don't recommend this bank.
