Terrible service from the manager, Jaqueline Galleguillos. Since she made us get my dad out of the car (he has a disability and uses a wheelchair due to a stroke), my mom was carrying her caregiver card and all his documents. When we arrived at the branch, the wheelchair access was blocked. She said she couldn't help us with the process. We just had to go to the notary office to issue a power of attorney. She treated us with a rude and disdainful manner after forcing her to leave her office. Terrible service. I hope I never go to that branch again. We had to go to the branch downtown, where they immediately resolved the issue.

Small space, slow service, no seats to wait in, and their fingerprint reader is broken.

Service is quick, but it still gets crowded easily.

I came on a Tuesday at 3:00 PM and it was closed. The website says it's open until 6:30 PM.

They're useless. I went to them to request activation of my cards for use abroad for a year, and they only activated them for a week. Can they even read? Now I have a ton of problems, and I've been trying to sort this out for a month. Everyone says something different, and nobody does anything. Incompetent.
