I've never seen such relaxed people in my life. I recommend you don't go to this branch. They take forever and the service is terrible. There are advisors with nothing better to do and they don't help you. It's infuriating to be in that office. The advisors are so slow.
The staff are just chatting away, but they're not helping anyone. The wait to be seen is an hour, and then they ask for documents and say they'll contact you via WhatsApp, but they only do so occasionally. All they ever say is that your case is under review. Terrible service, terrible customer service.
Extremely dissatisfied with the service. Having to wait over an hour for service is unheard of. They have four service counters, but only two people are working diligently in a waiting room full of customers. It's appalling.
It takes a long time, you see the advisors without answering anyone and you don't know why they don't call you back quickly.
Withdrawing money from the ATM took 4 minutes, then waiting in line to park and retrieve the bike at our shopping center's parking lot took 30 minutes. Terrible service.
