The Bancolombia representative told me this branch had extended hours until 6:00 p.m.; however, this information is incorrect, as they actually close at 4:00 p.m. This lack of clarity forces one to travel and waste time unnecessarily. Furthermore, they don't even have updated hours, which is unacceptable.
I took a number to exchange some coins and they told me it would take 35 minutes. So I left, and when I came back they wouldn't let me in because it was 4 o'clock. It doesn't make sense; it's my turn and they never told me I couldn't go in. They wasted my time.
It's a lie that they close at 6 pm. I arrived at 5 pm and it was already closed. The security guard told me they close at 4 pm. So they should post the correct information.
They changed their hours on October 6th, and they don't serve until 4 p.m. The worst part is that people arrive and have nothing to do. They don't serve from 4 to 6 p.m. Terrible service. They don't serve during the hours people can request. 😡
The bank closes at 4 p.m. It does not have extended hours.
