Terrible customer service, excessively slow service. I arrived before opening and waited in line. Four people were allowed in ahead of me (four people with previous appointments), but nine people were seen before me for assistance. I waited over 45 minutes with my SM1 appointment, and even though I was first in line, they didn't call my name. Awful service, zero efficiency and zero speed. If you need to do any paperwork, look for another branch; this one is awful. NEVER consider this your first option.

Fast service, plenty of chairs to wait in, and the checkout staff were very helpful even though the appointment scheduling system was down. I like that they use alcohol before taking fingerprints—good hygiene practice.

Terrible service. Of the three customer service points, only one is working, and the head of services doesn't even flinch. What a disgrace to have my money in this bank. Two people doing absolutely nothing while more than ten people waited—unbelievable.

Quite slow. The advisors aren't very impartial when it comes to problems and don't offer solutions. It takes approximately one hour to serve three people. It's a real shame; they just waste my time every time I go.

Absolutely terrible. Extremely slow service and poor communication from the staff. If you want to waste your time, go to this branch.
