The customer service wait is terrible. They only have two people working, and on average, each person takes 30-50 minutes to answer. If it's lunchtime, one of them goes to lunch, leaving only one advisor. I've been waiting for 40 minutes.
The service at the counter is super fast! It's almost never crowded, and everyone is very attentive and friendly.
Yesterday 08-09-2025 I made a withdrawal from the ATM at that branch and when I go to withdraw the card I cannot withdraw it, the ATM remains blocked, I called customer service and they told me that I had to block my card and I had to pay for a new card, what a lack of respect to the user, that I pay for your mistakes
Terrible! Over an hour and a half waiting to be helped. Only one person available for assistance. Extremely slow. Horrible.
The service at window 2 from the official is always terrible.
