Bank office of Aval Group (Occidente, Av Villas, Popular and Bogotá banks), so one can make cash operations for all of them here. Ticket for the cashier turns and seats to wait for them. A little bit of time but when at the desk, easy and smooth transaction.

After waiting for over 40 minutes for my turn (SM6), the screen still said SM5. Seeing how long it was taking, I asked the advisor, Paula Bustamante, if the screen was working properly because the number wasn't moving and I still hadn't been called. She said yes without checking my ticket. After 40 minutes, they called SM7, and I asked the advisor, Diana Betancur, why I had been skipped. The screen went from 5 to 7, and she told me I had already been called, even though the screen had always shown 5. I have hearing problems, and it's easier for me to see the screen than to hear, plus I had already gotten up to ask. She told me she couldn't help me and made me take another number. In total, I waited over an hour at the bank for a process that could easily be done online.

The service from the advisors was absolutely terrible. Go to another branch; I wish you the best of luck with that. Ms. Paula Bustamante gave false directions, saying they hadn't called your number yet, and then, surprise, surprise, they called your number for the checkout because they decided to move the service area without any notice. After we complained, she had the nerve to say it was our fault for not paying attention to the screen at the checkout when the number we'd selected was for ADVICE. She did nothing about it; they just told us, "It's your fault."

Terrible service. I waited an hour, the advisors didn't help, they just kept talking. When you asked them about the delay, they just said to wait and let other people who arrived later go ahead.

Very poor service at this Banco de Bogotá branch. I've been waiting in line at the checkout for over an hour, and there are only about eight of us. There are only two tellers working, and honestly, the slowness is excruciating. You see them stop, walk away, come back without any interest, and it seems like there's no one supervising or monitoring the service. The least you expect when you come to a bank is efficiency and respect for your customer's time, but here you don't see either. Many of us are working or skipping errands to come to the bank, and it's infuriating to see the lack of organization. I hope management takes note, because people are getting tired of coming here to waste their time. A little more commitment to customer service wouldn't hurt.
