Went in at 11:30am to transfer money for a deposit to a house, there was 3 free representative that could help, was told to come back at 12:30pm after lunch because the transfer will take 30 minutes. Does bank branches not realise that people are generally available around lunch time so that they can do this? Absolutely baffling how rotating lunch shifts at a large national bank is not a thing to help cater towards the customer experience. Customers have a job as well. Do better ANZ highpoint branch.

Gets a YEAH. I am an everyday type of customer and I find using the SMART ATMs easy and efficient. Staff are delightfully friendly, courteous and indeed, professional. A new type of banking scenario, but I think it has merit. I think the dress standards of all staff form a great impression. Staff present themselves impeccably and it makes for a better experience. Too many standards of dress have been put aside in many other businesses but not here. No active wear to been seen!

I've been in ANZ customer for many years. Why I decided to open an account because guess what they were open on this Saturday and they had tellers and a full staff during the week. They knew you by name it took care of your private transactions like it should be what maybe 5 years ago. But now at the HighPoint branch it's self-service with staff that could care less about you as an individual. The loan team loves to sit in the office have coffee and gas bag. Would I give them any commercial business No way. The funny thing now is they require you every six to a year to go into it's self- service branch and show them verification ID and set a verbal password. Absolutely nonsense. Also did you know that they are not responsible for large transactions into their ATM machines want to deposit more than 500 dollars in bills it's taking your chance with your hard earned money and your care factor again zero. Can you imagine. All ANZ wants to hold your money invested and offer little benefits

This looks like a branch but does not have a teller. The staff there are helpful but ultimately this is a sales centre designed to sell you debt. You cannot access cash other than via an ATM. I was told if I needed service from a teller to drive to Sunshine.

Went in today to see about getting help with our credit cards which are close to expiring- met the amazing Vinh Lee who helped us with everything and even got me a full 1% better rate on our loan. Vinh is awesome and knows the importance of good customer service. 10/10 100%legend!
