I visited the ANZ branch at Docklands to update my personal details, and Edwin was incredibly helpful. He was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process quick and easy. I was in and out within 18 minutes! Everyone at the branch was very helpful and welcoming too. Not sure why there are complaints, I had a great experience and really appreciate the excellent customer service.

Well I'm back again for the last time Had may account falsely frozen, get on to the fixit line, oh it the card dept you want, ring the card dept , nuh its the fixit dept and hangs up. I have rung both these independent departments 5 TIMES ,they are blaming each other, both disconnected me, so I sit here no access with my card no resolution. Guess what is going to happen next. Already reinvested my term deposit else where, now after 60 years yep 60 years of banking with ANZ I'm off

I would give zero star if I could. Do not bank with ANZ small business team. To open an account, ANZ made the process so painful that you would think ANZ no longer wanted to do banking with small business owners. It took more than 8 days and I still cannot open an account. Every time you call, you need to wait. The wait is short to be fair. But ONLY the person who assisted you first time can open your profile and see what else is needed. Other team member cannot and would not tell you what's going on and anything else is needed. So you just play the phone tennis with ANZ and chews up your valuable time. If you value your time and health, do not dare to open an business account with ANZ.
