Received request from ANZ to update my ID details, no need for appointment just attend the nearest branch… I duly went into Rundle Mall branch, waited in line for around 10 minutes to be told by teller that all I had to do was go back up to the front reception counter and it would be done straight away. The front reception counter was empty , the girl who occupied it had been floating the lineup to the tellers, to see if she could help customers waiting- she didn’t approach me whilst I was in line When she finally came over to her desk where I had been directed she very abruptly advised me I needed an appointment- as I had been in the bank for about 20 minutes by then I left without completing my task. I then went to the King William Rd branch, got served immediately by a lovely woman who sorted things out on the spot- it took less than 10 minutes. Rundle Mall process was inefficient, gave conflicting advice in a very rude manner .

Horrible service. Lunch time and they have 1 teller working while other workers just float around.....while there are 15 customers waiting to be served.

Went there about a month ago to open a term deposit. Even though I did not have a prior appointment, I was accommodated. In spite of two new trainees under training, these two were able to open my term deposit very quickly, with guidance from experienced staff. Good work team.

Unfortunately we had a really bad experience with Simran she was clearly very unhappy and did not want to help us at all even tho we were trying to be understanding as to why she was upset and rolling her eyes and giving a lot of attitude we spoke to the assistant manager and she was lovely and said she was sure to have a chat with her thanks for that
