Absolutely shocking service. The staff member up the back with fake windshield wiper eyerbroes was rude to me and made me leave my patient with heavy parkinsons to do a transaction which took over an hour. This was the third and final time and now he has moved all his funds to commonwealth bank and closed his accounts. I have never seen so much muck around to access what is supposeto be your money.

Hate going to this negitive bank that no one wants to serve you. Look's like this branch is getting ready to close thank Christ I don't have an account with them just have to go there to deposit for a business associate
On August 24, 2023, at 12:00, I went with my wife to the bank to withdraw funds from an unused account and to cancel it. The female staff at the counter efficiently and promptly handled the cancellation and the transfer at the Bank Guarantee counter. The male staff at the counter seemed to be involved in verification work and was attentive to us, ensuring that we received our withdrawal smoothly into our account. Despite having visited many times before, it was exceptional customer service. Thank you very much!!
Recently I was on holiday in Cairns. Had a problem in transferring money from my account to an overseas account. The lady at reception was very helpful. Gave me some advice and I went back to my hotel to finish my business. However encountered another issue so went back. Spoke to another staff member who was busy but stopped to see if she could help me. When she had to go to a customer appointment another staff member stepped in. Matter finally resolved. All staff I encounter were pleasant, respectful and helpful and their advice was greatly appreciated.
