Had a great experience at AmBank Sri Petaling on 23/7/25 evening. Big thanks to the kind lady at Counter 1 who went the extra mile to assist my wheelchair-bound grandmother. She even arranged for us to be seated at another counter to make things more comfortable. Really appreciate her patience, thoughtfulness, and warm service. Whole process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to her and rest of the team.

worst bank ever. I had spent over 2hours to open a saving account. No Queue. But serve different customers at the same time end up with wrong registered phone number. Problem yet solved after two hours.

Really bad service A bank with so many staff chilling and chatting there, but letting a guard to sit at the enquiry counter Nicely ask whether can exchange small note, but the guard said no Then I said I used to exchange small note here last month and the person who give me number is you Then he said impossible we don't have exchange small note here... I was like ha? What? A bank cannot exchange note? One of the staff see and come to us saying we don't have any small note Why can't you girls who are chatting there come to the customer at first? Please learn from maybank and RHB bank, good service and willing to help

Today i went to update some bank account details.The bank had no other customers.I sat and waited to see how they would proceed since it was a bank right.What i discovered staff was chilling,talking and having fun with laughters even when they saw me walked into the bank only the security was the one that attended and gave me the number.But when comes to my turn a lady staff attended with no smile talking without making eye contact and just like talking to the monitor infront of her.They was no smile till they end.I am sincerely writing for your management to look into handling customers more better in future.Thank you and have a nice day.

Slow. Very slow service. I guess they will never care about the reviews. 80 year old father needs to wait more than 50 minutes..... And they can spend like 20 minutes with 1 customer. Only 2 counters open. Spent 1.5hrs at the end. Horrible horrible
