Today I sampai Ambank branch Seksyen 15 Shah Alam dalam pukul 1.30pm. Then, the security guard informed me to come back around 2pm-2.30pm as the staff went for a lunch. Still fine with this. Then, datang balik Ambank at 2.10pm but the other security guard informed me to come back again at 2.45pm. When I asked why, the security guard said no one at the counter as the staff just went out for lunch. Wow, another lunch!!!! Apa waktu lunch untuk Ambank Seksyen 15 Shah Alam ye? Menyusahkan customer.

came here to sign and finalize my car loan procedure. the parking is a bit tricky since its a lunch hour anyway so its okay for me. The female guard downstairs are very sweet and answered my questions politely:) i was directed to the 2nd floor and signed all my papers after being attended by this officer in blue shirt with kind eyes and soft spoken voice who explained everything in a very soothing manner. I had been to many banks but this is refreshing; seeing bank officers not speaking to you in a monotonous and irritated voice as usual:) Kudos Ambank:) ! ( i am not paid ya to write this i wished i am haha) and next was directed to open a new bank account downstairs.The waiting period is a bit long but its understandable since i came at lunch hour. In short, nice staff and a lovely experience :) Good luck and keep it up!

Covid-19 entrance SOP was strictly administered. Good job to the admin & security officer. However, my main concern is customer service. I wanted to close my account and was asked why I didn’t go to another branch (Section 13 if I’m not mistaken) although I can close my account at any branch. I happened to send my family for vaccination at IDCC and Google Maps led me to this branch as it’s the nearest. As if the question wasn’t enough, the employees talked to each other (of which I can hear them clearly) about the other branch being not as busy as them and they pointed out that the other branch should be closed. Thank you for the unnecessary information but am I being chased out? I was the only one there at that time though. On my first time there, I was also directed to go to another branch (to open my account) but it was crowded that day so I went to the other branch willingly. Perhaps you can remove your branch from Google Maps or something if you don’t want customers coming in
