AmBank Setia Alam 15 & 17 Jalan Setia Prima R U13/R Setia Alam

My friends request loan here and the staff name is RUZAIDIE who in charge. at first the loan is approved and handover to him but to processing a loan fee he asking around 15k and now i still dont get the loan in my acc. and the explanation is poor. Very poor services. For ambank please recruit a better staff and train your staff properly how to handle customer. I made a police report already.

Service very slow..there is 6counter but only 1 counter operate. I’ve been waiting more than 1hour to make deposit/settlement loan. Its very ridiculous services given by ambank.. only 1 indian lady operate the counter , and where is the rest?? Ambank should take serious action on this since there is soo many bad review about this issue.. i understand if your staff went for lunch..but really 1 counter left for all transaction??

Very very slow service , got 6 counter but only 1 is working. The whole bank only 5 staff are working including security .

Terrible service!! I went to apply for a credit card, and the counter staff just handed me a form and told us to wait for further notice. They didn’t bother to explain any cashback offers or benefits. There weren’t even any promotional materials available, and they even told us to Google it ourselves if we wanted to see the info. Is this how you handle business?
