I visited main street branch to get a statement and I did not have my debit card with. Bridget then asked if I have an app and I forgot my pass code. She helped me reset it & assisted with the statement download. She was exceptional.
I was at main street branch before they opened, had a problem with my app and I was assisted by Bridget Lukhele outside the branch. She was efficient and she shifted me not having to wait for the branch to open. And I got to work on time. Thank you for your assistance and friendliness.
