This Branch is absurd. Everything is very slow. We have spent over an hour queuing outside in the cold and each consultant spends over 20 minutes with one person. It's like we're at SASSA Offices or in a public clinic. It's either these people don't know what they're doing or they really don't care about their clients, such poor service. If if there was a negative star I would give them. One Consultant has been sitting with a client since I got here. Their procedures and Consultants need to be checked and monitored. I've never seen anything like this in any bank
