This is a non government bank. Its service is very good. The place is also very good and comfortable for the bank's customer. The bank situated at a very important place.
Well reputed bank with good service but the main advantage of this bank is the positioning...which is very convenient,,,it is located just opposite of City College
Though it is at Dhanmondi, it is actually the New Elephant road branch. Good banking service from one of the 1st private bank in the country.
Environment is so cool but very slow service. Need to improve the working skill of the cashiers.
