Their service is very poor. Especially be careful when taking a credit card. Many hidden charges are applied to credit cards, such as insurance.

A grocery store has better customer service than this bank. There staff behavior is awful and every visit experience gets worse I have other bank account one of them being CityBank, even guards in City Bank have a much more professional and better behavior than the high tier employees of AB Bank. Highly recommend not opening an account in such an incompetent bank. Just awful.
