Had a problem with this ATM machine as it deducted from my bank account but had nothing on my hand, tried to call the number on the machine and the agent (Hana quarpod) was not helpful at all Unqualified employees

Worst bank with worst service. Wanted to open an account with them and it's almost been a month and counting. Siddarth who came to see us keeps making empty promises with zero follow up. This bank will not see me. My money is not good enough here.
